As Senior Manager of Business Operations, Barbara brings a strategic and solutions-oriented approach to overseeing Sentinel’s internal processes, service delivery, and client support functions. With deep expertise in retirement plan compliance, workflow management, and industry technology platforms, she ensures the seamless coordination of plan administration, regulatory filings, and internal team operations. Barbara plays a key role in driving operational efficiency, maintaining service excellence, and supporting growth by optimizing procedures, managing cross-functional teams, and implementing best practices.

Barbara joins us with previous experience as a practice manager for the medical field. She also previously served as the Director of Operations for a firm in the TPA space. She really enjoys growing the culture and staff core values for everyone both inside and outside of her workplace and is looking forward to bringing that growth to Sentinel.

Barbara resides in South Florida, but is originally from Cornish, New Hampshire. Away from the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, as well as spoiling her grandson. She also enjoys boating, attending sporting events, listening to music, and reading.
