As an Implementation Specialist and Plan Administrator, Hailey plays a crucial role in managing both new and existing client accounts. Her responsibilities include the reconciliation of plan assets, as well as the preparation of Form 5500, compliance testing, and the review of year-end census data. Recently, Hailey expanded her role by joining the sales team at Sentinel, where she contributes her passion to driving client growth and satisfaction.
Hailey joined Sentinel Pension in 2021, bringing with her five years of experience as a fiscal analyst for the State of Louisiana. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and an MBA from Southeastern Louisiana University.
Outside of work, Hailey enjoys spending time with her friends and family, cheering on her favorite football team, tailgating, and playing golf with her husband, Cole. In December, Hailey and Cole joyfully welcomed their second son.
